i have had my hair chemically straightened three times in the last year. iam now going to get it thermally reconditioned. is this a good idea?

do as much as your scalp can handle if you really want it that bad, but at some point the hair will retaliate.

make sure you use the proper products afterwards and put on a hair mask every week so your hair can survive the intrusions :)))

you will ruin your hair if you keep getting it done artificially like that. then you will also lose a lot of money, too, because things like that are expensive. natural is best and it will last longer. hair dyes and perms will make your hair weaker in the long run.

you should rest your hair for sometime. i also have relaxed hair, but sometimes, instead of every 6 months i'll go back to the salon to have a relax again, sometimes i go to salon after 10 months. so that my hair can rest from these treatments. and dont forget to have an hot oil treatment every month. its good for the hair and scalp.
