yes. put in a wrap before you go to bed and don't wear it out in bad weather like rain. this will keep for atime.

since its newly straightened, as much as possible, avoid keeping it in pony tails or buns. i have a naturally straight hair, and i just enhance it by using conditioners, getting hot oil treatments ( i do this just once a month), and i use citre shine's anti-frizz serum.. it kinda helps tame those stubborn frizzes.

comb it in one direction only and since its still new, avoid putting pony tails and keep it hanging down on your back to avoid flips or fly aways
