My hair is so fine %26amp; thin %26amp; refuses to hold curl. Do you have any suggestions or things that helped you?

I do have straight hair that holds curls for a short time. I have given in and wear it straight now after fighting it for years.

when you go to curl your hair put a little bit off gel on the piece your about to curl and it should hold, it worked for me....but don't put too much gel or your hair will get really hard.

I think i replied once to this same question. I have very thin, fine hair. It just wont hold a curl. I have found that either not washing your hair the day before can help a curl hold, or using product. I think in order for thin, fine hair to curl it cant be shiny , that is why you can't wash it. It becomes to slick and weighed down that the curl just doesn't want to stay put.

If you have to wash your hair the day of, then i would use rollers and spray the head with a hair spray, then once you take the curlers off , you can spray more hair spray. :) Good luck!
