Help my straight hair?

i have no clue how to make my hair have any texture. i dont really want it curly just kinda wavy. does anyone have any tips or know of any product that will help.

take a shower before bed and french braid into two braids (it doesn't have to be perfect, and you can have someone else do it) when it's still wet, and sleep with it like that, and when you wake up, then it's really wavy. if you don't want it really wavy, then braid it when it's dry the night before and sleep with it like that, and it won't be as dramatically wavy. or you can use velcro curlers (found at drug stores) and they stick right to your hair, and you put them in when they're wet, and dry with a hair dryer (make sure it's perfectly dry before you take them out), and then you get bigger waves instead of small ones that come from the braiding.

Any type of volumizing mousse will work. Pantene is especially good. Use it when hair is about 80 percent damp, and you will have lots of wave and volume!

Get a body wave perm on big rods which will give your hair body and wave everytime you wash it, it will be wavy.

Use a diffuser on the end of your hair dryer. Put a little mouse or gel in towel dried hair before using and gently scrunch while you are drying.

u do not need to perm ur hair or curled up to get a nice looking hair. try looking at the japanese hairstyles, lately they have straight hair but styled with ends that are abit curled. its really nice..

get the hand comb, the oen that wraps around your hand, and keep on combing it whenver u have free time.. First you have to get ur hair straighten first, so proaby go to the barber for that.

I suggest buying a hair diffuser and add a little hair gel..works everytime....if that doesn't work for you try a shampoo called Wash and Curl it doesn't make your hair curly but it does make it wavy.......Hope it is some help to you!

my hair is exactly like this. what i do to make it wavy is take a shower at night right before you go to bed but only use shampoo and dont brush out your hair or detangle it then go to sleep and when you wake up you get wavy hair it works reely good when i want wavy hair tht looks good.

You might want to check with some place like a beauty salon and have them show you how to use a curling wand as a wave maker instead. I know that it can be accomplished because my sister was a beautician in Madison.

You can move the curler down in short increments instead of twisting your hair all the way around the curling iron. This will put some waves in your hair without actually curling your hair.

I don't know if you know how it looks in your case, but sometimes they look good together.
